Tweedmouth Properties Ltd was established by Declan Boyle. 

Declan is a chartered accountant, with a 20 year career in Investment Banking. 

He  decided to combine his passion for property with his strong business acumen, and so Tweedmouth Properties was born! 

We purchase properties, add value and transform them into HMOs, where each room is let on an individual basis but within a harmonious living environment.
